Thank you for your feedback. Regrettably, we are unable with the present demand for Gender Clinic appointments to reduce the waiting time in the short term. However, we are actively recruiting more clinical staff to address this shortfall

Annasette the clinical psychologist went at my pace - checking I was comfortable with each stage of the work before moving on to the next.
I was given exercises I could practice outside the therapy sessions which were helpful.Sometimes exercises were accompanied by written notes which made the practice easier.
She listened well to what I said and discussed options for the future with me so that I shared in the plans for me.
Her support was much appreciated.

I've been in here before but I have noticed a difference.This time I have been moved from a bay to a room on my own.I haven't been informed as to why I am on my own and feel I haven't had the usual help.
Dometre has a very soft spot in my heart but couldn't understand what and why was happening.
Thank you for your feedback. The majority of rooms at Danetre are single rooms but if a patient expresses concern at this every effort is made to accommodate them in a bay.
